This engagement is designed specifically with the understanding that you are ready to grow with intention and make confident CEO-level decisions.
- Clarify your vision and priorities for the next 12 months
- Translate that vision into a focused 1-year strategic plan
- Align your revenue, profit, and cash targets with that strategic plan
- Provide 3 months of ongoing advisory support once the plan has been solidified so youโre not implementing alone

- Solidify where the company is going and what must happen first

- Establish a practical 12-month roadmap and 90-day action plan
- Create accountability structure (reviews, metrics, check-ins) to drive momentum

- Give you a dedicated strategic and financial thought partner
- Provide accountability and a sounding board as you implement
Approach & Phases
The engagement is structured in three phases:
Phase 1
Discovery & Diagnostic (~Weeks 1โ2)
- CEO intake questionnaire
- Review of key documents (e.g., P&L, current offers, org chart, current goals)
- 90-minute CEO Deep Dive Strategy Session to understand:
- Current state of the business
- Financial state, ie Revenue streams
- Capacity and resourcing overview (who/what is needed)
- Short- and long-term goals
Phase 2
1-Year Strategic Plan (~Weeks 2โ3)
Based on the discovery work, I will develop a 1-Year Strategic Plan that will typically include:
- Vision & Positioning Summary
- 3โ5 Primary Strategic Priorities for the year
- Quarter-by-Quarter Focus Areas
- Objectives & KPI Targets for the next 12 months
- A clear, staged step-by-step action roadmap (what happens now, next, and later)
You will receive your plan as a PDF plus an editable version that you can adjust and refer back to all year.
Phase 3
1-Year Aligned Financial Plan (~Weeks 3โ5)
Based on the final strategic plan, I will develop a 1-Year Financial Plan that aligns to the strategic plan objectives. It will typically include:
- Revenue Plan
- Expense Plan
- Profit Plan
- Cash Map
- KPI Dashboard
You will receive your financial plan as an editable document that you can adjust and refer back to all year.
Phase 4
3-Month Advisory & Implementation Support (Weeks 5โ14)
Once the plan is in place, the focus shifts to implementation and decision support. Over a 3-month period, we will:
- Review performance against the plan
- Adjust priorities based on real-time learnings
- Support you in making key strategic and financial decisions
- Keep your attention on the highest-impact moves
